As the Group Finance Manager at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections.
• Lead the financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Oversee the accounting and financial systems, including ERP and accounting software.
• Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial close process.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
