📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage procurement processes, including supplier negotiations and order placement.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory management and timely restocking.
• Oversee the logistics of product delivery, including coordinating with transportation providers and tracking shipments.
• Maintain detailed records of all purchasing and logistics activities using SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet Adeka's standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics and purchasing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and purchasing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using SAP for procurement and warehouse management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
