📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized and engaging lessons tailored to the children’s learning needs and interests.
• Assist with homework and study materials, ensuring the children stay on track academically.
• Support the children with their extracurricular activities, such as sports, music, and arts.
• Assist with personal tasks, including scheduling, meal planning, and coordination of activities.
• Act as a liaison between the family and the children’s schools, ensuring smooth communication.
• Organize and participate in family events and outings, fostering a strong sense of community.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, ensuring the family’s home is always welcoming.
• Provide transportation and logistic support as needed, ensuring the family’s smooth daily operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or educational support roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in managing personal assistants or similar roles is a plus.
