The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill various positions within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
