📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Formulate and implement port development strategies in alignment with national and international port development standards.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port, ensuring efficient and safe handling of cargo and vessels.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, shipping lines, and other port authorities.,Monitor and report on port performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Represent BBPA at national and international port forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Port Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in port development and management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of port operations, including cargo handling, vessel berthing, and port infrastructure.,Proven track record of successful port development projects.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of international port standards and best practices.
