📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integrity of financial and operational processes.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Experience with ERP systems and financial software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.
