📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.,Report on sales performance and trends to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the technology and telecommunications industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
