📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and recommendations,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Promote and upsell products and services,Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company promotions,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets,Assist in stock management and inventory control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with basic computer skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services,Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
