📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that the restaurant maintains a clean and attractive appearance, both inside and out.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Experience in marketing and customer relationship management.
