New Global Abadi is looking for a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of distribution and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required by the job.
