📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle and process insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our general insurance products.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve our insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing and claims teams to achieve company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and claims processes.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in general insurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, insurance, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of insurance products and claims processing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
• Certification in insurance or marketing is a plus.
