📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the distribution of marine fuel to vessels, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure a steady supply of fuel.
• Monitor fuel inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the management.
• Ensure compliance with international marine fuel regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain detailed records of fuel distribution activities.
• Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fuel transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine fuel distribution or port operations.
• Proficient in using fuel management software such as BunkerPro or FuelMaster.
• Knowledge of international marine fuel regulations and standards, including ISM Code and ISPS Code.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, clients, and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid marine fuel handling certificate or equivalent.
• Familiarity with maritime logistics and supply chain management.
