📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.,Monitor and manage front desk staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and front desk management systems.,Familiarity with guest services and hospitality industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
