📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of dental assistants and hygienists.,Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.,Coordinate schedules and ensure optimal use of resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.,Conduct training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on team performance and patient satisfaction.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Assistant, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of dental procedures and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in patient care and customer service is a plus.
