📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
  • Support the recruitment team in maintaining and updating job postings on various platforms.
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews and providing feedback to the hiring manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the organization of recruitment events and activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or professional with limited experience in recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
