📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of training and development programs.,Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, such as grievances and disputes.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
