📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.

Monitor network performance and ensure system security.

Perform regular backups and data recovery as needed.

Assist in the implementation of new IT projects.

Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Train and assist new employees with IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
