📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and employees.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers to help them make informed decisions about candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including job analysis, job descriptions, and selection techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
