📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Oversee workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
• Support managers with HR-related tasks and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Report on HR metrics and KPIs to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic people initiatives
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar
• Experience with performance management tools, such as 360-degree feedback or competency-based assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
