Prime Home Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement and maintain operational procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
