As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Train and develop staff to meet service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.,Plan and coordinate special events or promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
