📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.,Interact with guests, taking orders and providing excellent customer service.,Knowledge of local and international cocktail recipes and trends.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.,Promote and upsell beverages to enhance guest satisfaction.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen and bar areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate and first aid certification.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
