📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of financial projections and scenario analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of financial presentations for investors and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with financial reporting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
