📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales and growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
