📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes that align with the restaurant's menu and customer preferences.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following standard operating procedures.,Manage inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff to uphold high standards of food preparation.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to plan and organize pastry production schedules.,Stay updated with industry trends and culinary techniques to continuously improve pastry offerings.,Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development of new pastry products and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international food trends and preferences.,Valid food handler's certificate and any relevant culinary certifications.,Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
