📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet meets all health and safety regulations.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.,Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.,Provide regular reports on outlet performance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing outlet operations and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
