Mount Alvernia Hospital is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our patients and staff, ensuring that all meals are served on time and meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You will also be responsible for managing a team of cooks and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals for patients and staff according to the hospital's menu and dietary requirements.,Ensure that all meals are served on time and meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Manage a team of cooks, including hiring, training, and motivating staff to deliver excellent service.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure that all food is stored and handled according to health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are up-to-date on hospital policies and procedures.,Work with the hospital's nutritionist to ensure that all meals are nutritious and meet the dietary needs of patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a cook in a hospital or similar setting.,Experience with managing a team of cooks.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and ability to prepare a variety of dishes.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
