📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payment receipts
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments
• Track and manage accounts receivable using QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the finance team
• Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve payment processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Provide support during financial audits and reviews

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Xero
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
