Silver Byte Unggul is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and selecting the best candidates for our team.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Organizing and coordinating training and development programs.,Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
