📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with performance management and employee development best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
