As a Fashion Sample Tailor, you will work closely with our design and production teams to bring fashion concepts to life. Using industry-standard tools like sewing machines, pattern-making software, and fabric testing equipment, you will meticulously craft samples that showcase the latest trends and techniques. Your attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines will be crucial in meeting our production schedules.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create high-quality sample garments for fashion collections, adhering to designer specifications and technical requirements.
Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure samples meet the desired aesthetic and functional standards.
Use sewing machines, pattern-making software (such as Gerber Accumark or Lectra Modaris), and fabric testing equipment to produce accurate and durable samples.
Conduct fabric tests and adjustments to ensure samples meet quality and performance criteria.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on sample progress and any issues encountered.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and garment production techniques to continuously improve sample quality.
Assist in the development and refinement of new patterns and techniques for future collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a tailor or in garment production, with a focus on fashion samples.
Proven ability to create high-quality samples that meet designer and technical specifications.
Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, fabric types, and garment construction.
Familiarity with pattern-making software such as Gerber Accumark or Lectra Modaris.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
