As a Facilities Engineering Staff, you will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all maintenance and technical systems are functioning optimally. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance, system troubleshooting, and equipment calibration. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Inspect and maintain building systems to comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
- Document all maintenance activities and system performance for record-keeping purposes.
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role.
- Certification in relevant technical systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
