📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in planning and executing store promotions and sales events.,Monitor store sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
